Two ways:
Get in debt with a couple mob bosses/loan sharks. Good way to stay alive
Have an interview with Adam Silver and just agree to do whatever he asks

Simple, really. At least Joey Crawford was fair, even if he was a pain in the ass sometimes

 

we are 5-5 vs worriers this season without our full roster. I'll take it.
we'll beat them so bad that they will look for their moms next season!

Heartbroken. Gut wrenching loss. But the Rockets were facing some tough odds with the deck stacked against them with their injuries and playing a team with 4 all stars. And some dubious officiating. Their effort alone almost willed them to win this series. Proud of their season.

The Rockets matched the win total of the Kevin Durant-infused Warriors' previous six playoff opponents. POR, UTA, SAS, CLE, SAS (again) & NOP were 3-24. HOU was 3-4. Think about that.

 

That was tough to watch. Even when we went up 15 i never felt we had them. That was hird quarter was again a let down. They killed us with their off the ball movement and got good looks because of it.

Just the mixed emotions after the last two games the highs and lows was devestating.

 

Harden doesn't punch back. Mchale was right. Players can't respect his leadership.

 

I think Harden has some fight, but his punch back is taking illicit shots like the 20 second dribble drive turnover, or a 20 second dribble step back 3, when he should be orchestrating a drive and dish early in the shock clock. Think he has the will, but poor decision making. There should be certain mentality he goes into after runs, or significant moments in the game like a lead change, or when we need to step on the beast and finish it. But it's almost like he does it all wrong ( in the postseason ).

 

The whole damn thing is skewed (including the stats) because of the league office and the officials. James came out driving/strong, and then the BS started..on an unimaginable scale. We were NOT going to be allowed to win that game....and they went to extraordinary lengths to make sure. I can't believe I'm saying this, but the San Antonio series was more subtle, with calls stopping momentum. (same deal though)THIS was reminiscent of Sacto/LA.....Just blatant/obvious...Sad state of affairs for the NBA.

That said, I'm proud of our team. They had it.
