Curry seems like the type that would be the worst match up for Lin. He has a quick release and can shoot lights out while Lin loves to freelance and tends to give his man a lot of space to shoot o_O.

Yeah, I definitely would like to see the defense adjustments made by him and Mchale. Most often times the act of going over or under screens is a conscious choice made through scouting reports and coach's directions. If Lin overhelps and goes over the top of screens on a shooter like Curry then someone has made a big big mistake; and I think it would be Lin. The two were ex-teammates, Lin should know already Curry's shot should not be taken lightly, if anything, it's a dam huge threat.

LIN has too many personal connection with this GSW team, including Asians, fans, players and owner's son.

It make their arena to be his second homecourt when the Rockets play there.

Not surprised Lin went out with Lee and Curry. When the Warriors released Lin, Lee and Curry were the only ones who sent tweets out saying Lin would be OK. In fact, the bulk of the team from two years ago is gone. The only players left that Lin played with is Lee, Curry and Biendrins. Jenkins and Thompson were rookies when Lin got released so they never officially palyed together.

This is also the first time Lin has played the Warriors as a starter. Due to the lockout last year, the Knicks played the Warriors once (in Oakland) but Lin played only a couple of garbage minutes. I wouldn't discount Lin going off on the Warriors. Everyone focused on the Knicks for letting him go. The Warriors did too. The crowd reaction for Lin when the Rox come to Oakland will be interesting (that is why I am going).

Sidenote: I saw a note that said Bogut is playing tonight. Full roster in action for the Warriors.

Wonder how Thompson's chucking is going to do against Hardens D.

What would you expect? Lin is from the Bay Area. Damian Lillard had a good number of fans when the Blazers played in Oakland.

This game is going to be very tough for the rox, GSW is nearly at full power with curry and bogut in the lineup. Asik is going to have to really battle for rebounds, and with bogut, our guards are going to have a tough time driving to the hole (on top of having to stop the unguardable curry). Man, the baby rockets have their work cut out for them today.

Curry and Lee are on fire. Lin would actually make a good back up point guard on the Warriors. They would probably be contenders.

I want to see some Curry ankle breakage due to a nasty Lin cross-over. (metaphorically speaking)

    Earn that contract son!

I remember watching JJ in portland. Wasn't that good, but now he seems to be on fire.
