Suns are what 2 and a half back for the 8th seed, plus I'm sure they hate James Harden by now...as the great Heisenberg once said, thread lightly. I expect the Suns to go all out tomorrow now that they have a legitmate shot at making it in after all.
Suns still have a shot at the playoffs, so this is not a gimme. Must keep winning. Rockets have a shot at the number two seed. Roll Red Roll.
Better win this one. Not just to continue moving up in the standings but also because I'm going to this game.
Problem is no Jones no Howard. Dorsey has to step up because if DMO gets pushed around and Josh Smith has a off and turnover prone game we are f'd. We also need to make more free throws as a team. Basically need to be on our game.
Haven't the Rockets played the Suns 3 times already this year without Dwight and T-Jones(aside from Dwight putting in 8 minutes before rolling his ankle)? They've won all 3 games. They can beat Phoenix as long as they don't turn the ball over and settle for outside shots.

It can happen but Harden having to go God mode shouldn't have to if we play right as a team. Hopefully Jason Terry steps up too.
He only went into God mode in the last game in Phoenix. The previous 2 were Rockets blowouts til they gave up the leads in the 4th quarter. The first one was at home and we barely held on thanks to a few key plays by Bev. I think the Rockets had played the night before in Minnesota(that was the OT win where Harden had fouled out and Johnson hit the gamewinner) and were low on energy. The second one was where they blew a 16-point 4th quarter lead thanks to horrible defense before Harden hit that buzzer beater. Long story, less long. The Rockets basically own the Phoenix Suns this season even sans Dwight and T-Jones. The only way they lose is if they beat themselves.
