Yao & TMac need to combine for at least 65 points for us to have a chance to win this game. I turned off the game after Suns scored 108 points with 7 1/2 min to go in the 4th. KG is trying his best, but...... Rockets 95 Suns 110
Yao lost 10 pounds during 3 days after he caught the flu. He will be 80% at best for tomorrow's game I guess.
Amare got 2 Ts within a second. he got 3 Ts tonight. Does that mean he will be suspended for tomorrow's game?
After tonight's win against the T-Wolves, the Suns will be 11-1 when Amare scores over 30 points. The only loss when he scored more than 30 points was against the Spurs.
Actually he got 2 Ts. He tangled with Sprewell and they got a double T. I don't know how he got the first one. It seems that he got it after a Minny fast break basket.
24 seconds to go, Minny down 5. The ball is in KG's hand. Launched a 3 with no one within 10 feet of him. A brick. If only TMac suits up for the lsat 20 seconds for Minny......
Minnesota is just aweful right now, giving up 100 points already 11 times this season. They are in a funk. Luckily Rockets are just getting out of the funk before facing a good Suns team. Otherwise it could be very ugly.
No because 2 means you just get ejected from the game. If you pick up a certain amount within a number of games then you would be suspended. It's 2 flagrant fouls or someting like that
I am not sure whether Sura/Wesley can successfully contain Nash to a certain degree. The reason that the Spurs beat Suns handily was because Parker made Nash his b**** in every possible way: Name Min FG 3Pt FT Off Reb Ast TO Stl Blk PF Pts S. Nash 30 4-14 1-1 3-3 0 3 4 3 1 0 4 12 T. Parker 30 14-20 1-4 0-0 1 5 2 1 0 0 1 29 Are we asking too much to demand Sura/Wesley stick it to Nash's rear?
I have an incline that we will beat the Suns. Defensive rebounding will be key. Also how Wesley guard's Nash + how often Juwan knocks down open shots will go a long way in determining the winner. This is a hype and confidence/statement game for us - we must carry the day. We must start fast as well for our psyche especially Yao (please no first quarter fouls for Yao). Go Rockets!!!
Funny Recap from Yahoo: Early in the fourth quarter, Eddie Griffin had his shot blocked in the lane three straight times -- first by Stoudemire and then twice more by Hunter.
