He was on the floor when the Rockets made their run. He just needs to make those open jumpers and never inbound the ball again.
I was at the game and I was scratching my head why McHale had him inbound again after botching the first 2 times? It was at a crucial time in the game too. I liked that he didn't let it get him down though. Harden pumped him up after missing a few threes which I think led him to focus on his 1 make.
Yeah, I was there too. I joked with my buddy when Daniels inbounded the ball to an unguarded Harden under the Pelicans' basket in the last minute of the game that that was the only circumstance in which he could successfully do it.
Yeah, I know. But I'm still having nightmares over that Minnesota game. That loss hurt me a lot. On the inside. I'm hopeful, but damn, we picked a bad time to have our worst week of the season.
It wasn't ideal timing, but let's be real...Howard and Beverley will alleviate quite a bit of concern over that defense. No reason to lose faith in the Rockets right now.
We are heavy favorite to win this game. The Spurs must be resting some starters. Would be nice to get this win to secure HCA.
I believe Harden will try to take over as the dynamic 3. Would mean a field day for a guy like Leonard.. Oh well
I don't see it like that. Garcia didn't play last game and may still be out, so it makes sense that Daniels is still with the team. With Bev back we really don't need Canaan right now, so maybe he can help the Vipers.
