Not hating, if they carry over the intensity they showed in the 2nd half, then I'll gladly eat crow.

i more or less agree w your sentiment, it's just painful to watch sometimes and even if harden maintains this sort of production i won't believe he can lead us to the promised land until he actually does it. unfortunately he's had several chances to step up in the playoffs only to fall woefully short or simply flat out choke.

truthfully, it's just hard to see how this team improves given our cap situation and penny-pinching owner. that's a nightmare pairing.

 

Good teams don’t go down 25 points at home to bad teams.

 

I was at the game and man this game just felt AMAZING to win. The amount of Spurs fans at the game + always seeming to lose to them at home.

We gave Spurs the same karma energy that we felt a couple weeks before. Came back from down 20+ to win made it even better.

 

Good teams win tough games. Check.

This is not a pickup game at 24 hr fitness. The spurs have nice, young, Pop-coached talent--- regardless of their record.

We are a good team. What remains to be shown is whether we can be a great team.

 

We should trap more, and get after it with the rotations.

 

You act like you never saw the Durant Warriors come back from 20 or 25 down to save the day.
It happened. . . . and everyone at ESPN was in awe of their resolve and talent for making such a comeback.

When James made the step back 3. Damn that was an exciting moment after the disaster on the 1st half.

Glad to see them picking up the fight, not to go full McHale, but hope we have turned the corner.

One last thing, when was the last time our pick and roll between guards worked as a set play? We do a below average pick and end up on the same spot. Not remember running them well with CP3 either. Maybe Jlin?

Great win, but low percentage, volume shooting is concerning. High percentage shooting makes for an easier game. Volume shooting is like constipation; you may get there, but it is a painful process.

 

So does this mean D'Antoni is a great in game coach and made adjustments?



This just feels like a typical Westbrook team, they have a ton of awful play, some incredible flashes and comebacks, they always seem to be highly volatile and impossible to predict. We are seeded like a Westbrook led team currently, and I assume the playoffs will be a similar outcome.

 

Such a big game. I will turn on a couple of a candles these next few days hoping for mercy and that the Rockets will not **** the bed. Are you with me @DreamShook ?

 

I don't worry about the Rockets effort when it comes to the big games.
