I realize this doesn't go here but it isn't worthy of a new thread and I don't know where else to put it so here goes: Why Is there always a Texans thread on the GARM that's moved to the texans board? It's kinda annoying

I always thought it was a not-so-clever way to get more activity on the Texans site. Which doesn't bother me any, it's not like you click the link and go, "Damn! Tricked again!"

Knicks blew out Miami in Miami playing without 2 best players Amare and Melo...We can at least win...

I think the Rockets should rest Harden.

    1. let Lin can do his things.
    2. cannot afford Harden get injured.
    3. not a winnable game.

Unfortunately, I don't see it happening. The Spurs are too good for this young team.

I'm all for the idea of letting Lin shoot his way out of his shooting slump in a game like this. :)

Agreed but not sure if the coach will allow him to do that. He'll be yanked out of the game.

One can dream. Besides, if Harden's out & Lin gets yanked, who plays PG? Toney I-am-actually-a-streaky-shooting-guard-in-disguise Douglas? :p

Blame David Stern, he always ruined it for us. Popovich would be sitting Duncan, Parker and Green for this game. I don't think the Spurs want another $250,000 deduction.

Not really a fair comparison. Look at the Knicks line up without Amare and Melo.

    Tyson Chandler - current DPOY
    Marcus Camby - former DPOY
Rasheed Wallace - 4x all star, 2004 championship
Ronnie Brewer - 6 year veteran, excellent perimeter defender
Raymond Felton - 9 year veteran
Jason Kidd - future Hall of Famer, 2011 championship
Steve Novak - best 3 point shooter in the NBA
JR Smith - 8 year veteran
Kurt Thomas - 16 year veteran
Pablo Prigioni - 2x euroleague 2nd team, Spanish supercup MVP, 3x Spanish championship, 4x spanish supercup

In other words, the Knicks may be an older team (and who knows how they'll hold up by the time we reach the play offs), but they have enough experience and skill to give pretty much ANY team in the league a run for their money on any given night.

The Rockets and their young and inexperienced roster? Without with or without Harden? Not so much...
