ClutchFans Game Thread: Rockets @ Warriors 5/8/2019 (Playoffs Round 2, Game 5)

If we win tonight, we are going to the NBA finals!!! denver has no chance against us. Clutch City Part two!!

 

Yeah, after watching Game 6, I knew we didn’t have much of a chance in Game 7 unless we were perfect. It was clear that a mandate was made to allow the Warriors to do what they wanted. It was such an obvious change from how they called Games 1-5.

 

Sorry, but this is a terrible video. To me it doesn't show much. That being said, I really hope we've learned from game 1 and we won't let refs affect us. My biggest worry is not the refs, it's Curry or Klay going off and our team not responding. We haven't been faced with either of them getting hot, which is when they usually make crazy runs.

 

I expect GSW to come out guns blazing right out the gate. We need to weather that storm and turn it into a physical game again.

Need their Hamster 5 lineup to play maximum minutes again.

We gotta kill the Splash Bros right off the bat and not allow the hot Oracle crowd to resuscitate them.

 

Harden and the Rockets have settled in this series now after being blitzkrieged by the refs at the start, and even the floater has started going in, I fully expect them to keep that momentum and win fairly easily tonight since they are the better team, 2nd year in a row now, AND ITS NOT EVEN CLOSE

 

This is when you sweep the leg .

Put in our own "clumsy" players . Gary Clark and hartenstein can deliver some nice hits / undercuts

 

I hope MDA start Rivers and bench Capela to give Kerr a surprise and get a good start. Release Capela when they let Draymond Green rest.
