Again ,Golden State is not a city but the State of California as you have pointed out but if my team played their games in Oakland, I'd be trying to logistically relocate it somehow too.

Houston's property tax rate is around 3x most places in California. Also, prices in nice parts of Houston have gotten craaaaazy, pretty much California level (more like LA than Bay Area though I guess). If you want a house in the nice parts of Montrose or The Heights you're talking half a million minimum. West U, Boulevard Oaks/Southampton, Afton Oaks, River Oaks, etc, even more than that, like $750,000 or even higher.

    Here's an example for you.....
    3/2 1200sq/ft $1.1 million: https://www.zillow.com/homes/for_sa...,-121.49437,37.073258,-122.140503_rect/10_zm/

    Here's a 3/3 1700sq/ft for 1.6million: https://www.zillow.com/homes/for_sa...1.49437,37.073258,-122.140503_rect/10_zm/5_p/

I truly have no idea what you are trying to say..... our higher taxes means our more expensive houses cost less? What the f*ck kind of point are you trying to make?

Please explain the link between taxes and our housing cost difference....I'm fascinated to see how a lower-primate's brain functions.

    3/2 1400sf $1.2M

Also due to property taxes the mortgage payment on the one you listed is $5,300/month, whereas the payment on the Houston house would be $7,700/month.

The fact you don’t understand taxes is alarming and indicative of you being full
    of it.

Is your argument that your rate being 2.25% and ours being 1.3% accounts for the 500K difference in housing costs?

Chef Curry-I'll bet you're the loser that shows up at a party uninvited and everyone is rolling their eyes bored as shat that you're there but can't your ass to leave despite all the hints in the world and then comes right out and tells you and your loser ass still don't go. I'm like others on here, I feel sorry for your pathetic ass.

Zillow is the Wikipedia of real estate.

    It’s not to be trusted.

    Most of California is .7-.9

You should know these things if you have ever ran a mortgage.

Houston is more along the lines of 2.7-3.

Yes it makes a big damn difference.

I stayed up and went to sleep with the Rockets 10 up at the half. Then I wake up in the middle of the night to see the game was a blowout loss. My sanity can’t take the teased hope of the Rockets winning it all and then getting crushed anymore (it’s one thing where we are down 20 at the half and get crushed. It’s a whole other beast when you’re up 10 and lose by 30. We had a legitimate shot at winning it all before Paul went down) so I am going on a hiatus from following Rockets basketball.

What I don't understand is how Capela only had 2 points the ENTIRE game effectively pulling a TRISTAN THOMPSON? Did 1st-team all defense Kevon Looney shut him down? What happened? Everything was just a blur last night.

I liked the fight as well; we can play better and make the necessary adjustments for Monday. Some of the changes are simple:

    1) Harden can't turn the ball over 9 times
    2) We can't leave Thompson wide open for uncontested looks (he had 19 uncontested shots by himself)
    3) There has to be an easier way than trying to stretch the ball and shoot over Draymond Green on the drive. Make a quick move, take a sharp angle, get a head of steam, and and level him if need be. Dunk the ball at the rim.
    4. More physicality, please. Capela, it's time to remember that you are a big man. We are one game away from the finals. Impose your will on the game and do it early. Don't try to tip and finesse. (For example, when Curry makes a casual switch on to you in the paint on defense, get the board by overpowering him. Treat him like he's Karl Anthony Towns. Leave a mark. Toss him aside into one of his teammates. Send a message. Don't wait for him to be ready to flop. Yes, I'm suggesting that you channel your energy and make a scene.)

When GS made that late push in the third quarter, the Rockets just didn't have a good plan for how to generate points. Once Gordon missed those three FTs late in the third, we lost touch. We'll need more urgency at this point.
