Oh I agree with that. Its just the feeling that even with the injuries he's just not coaching this group of players as well right now. Obviously I b**** about the talent not being there, but he should get them to play HARD EVERY GAME. BOB is the same way, says the same **** after losses. Got to play harder etc even with all the talent. I think MDA is the better coach and both sports are way different, but MDA has to figure this out for Harden's sake once we have a healthy full roster. This team should never have let ups so much esp in the 3rd. Fix that man smh

Sure, the Rockets would love to have a long interior player that is a good athlete and rebounds. The problem is that Chriss was extremely poor at defense and decision making.

I think it's safe to say that Harden has cooled down. Gotta stop playing like he's Wilt, that streak was incredible, time to come back to reality and play more smart basketball

lol the Suns traded him because the Rockets wanted him. It is not his fault that D'Antoni didn't know how to use him properly. A good young talent that we wasted. Our trades have looked worse and worse this season. Players we trade away seem to play better in other systems

Harden has always mostly destroyed Paul George. When he was at Indiana, Harden would go nuts against him

The switching defence doesn't work anymore for us anyway. Teams have worked us out and we haven't adjusted to it

The point isnt to offer another player a chance to go one on one. Its to have an offense with movement, off-ball screens and taking the best available shot vs. watching james go one on one possession after possession. I dont mind him doing that on occasion. But it is a totally different thing when it basically is the center of our entire offense game after game when we're losing to subpar teams.

The switching defense issue is more related to the pieces we have lost and injuries. Chriss just wasn’t a fit.

Paul George has lost in the first round for THREE straight seasons. The last time he made it pass the 1st round was in 2014. That was the year he the Rockets lost to the Blazers. It's been a while since PG has had any success. Please pick a better player to compare Harden to. Even Kawhi Leonard would suffice. In fact, only Durant, Curry, LeBron, and Kawhi are the only star players to have more success than Harden. Since 2013. No one else. No other star player, other than those 4, has been more successful than James Harden since he's become a Rocket.

Harden just takes too many low percentage shots. He's much more capable on offense than what he's currently devolved into. His over-reliance on covered step back 3's & try to draw fouls on them is NOT reliable or efficient. He's super human & is having a historic season but He can't turn himself into a 1 trick pony. It's sad but that's what this team follows suit with also. Spamming covered 3's like a team full of JR Smith's is predictable, ugly, & gimmicky offense.

After all the pennies have been counted and pinched for the last time...
Is this team really good enough to win a championship?
More needs to happen for it to work, IMO. Morris & House are both needed in the worst of ways. (Skill set & size)
Capela’s return maybe a band aid for a cut that needs stitches.
We need CP32 not CP33 this last year has changed him. CP32 made me think he was the answer to problems we didn’t even have. Now not so much _> looks like he is trying to hard.
Gordon needs his 2017-18 role back to bring him to his fullest potential again,IMO
Tucker is overwhelmed and needs a new role that utilized his skills in matching ups better & Faried just needs a smaller role, too
    Start
Paul, Harden, House, Morris & Capela
    Bench
    Gordon, Tucker & Faried
Spot minuets to everyone else as needed.

With these changes we are as good as anyone and better than most.
