are you kidding me? if you really think Shaq and the other true centers in the league are asked to do as much as Yao on defense you must be a real dumbass. It's a simple cost benefit analysis...most coaches realize you must make adjustments and compenstate for your bigs when defending the P&R. How many times have you seen Shaq in a defensive stance shuffling his feet chasing guards on the perimeter? Exactly.

And I don't mean he has to be camped out in the paint...just not leave to constantly set useless picks that waste his energy...

Stro taking Eggie to school right now...

Seriously, Stro needs to get offensive calls just like Yao and McGrady, because he isn't the type that will be content -- or has skills that fit -- just going around and doing the 'dirty work'; the man needs to be actively involved in the offense and that will get him going.

Just my opinion though, because I feel like JVG is neglecting Stro's abilities and not doing a good job of capitalizing on his skills.

EDIT: Swift taking over! (why does it seem he does that only when Yao and/or T-Mac are struggling?)

DA might be the WORST defensive player in the NBA... he's let McCants have free looks at the bucket two times in a row.

Yea... the hot shot DA has to take a seat.

At least Wesley gives a full effort everytime he's in the game, even if he may have less talent and size than DA.

I think JVG is letting Stro play free this game.
