Lawson has no business starting. He hasn't even deserved to play at all.

I, for one, am excited about the rest of the season. There's NO WAY it'll be as bad as it has been. Right?!? Someone?!? Anyone?!?

It's amazing how far he's fallen in so short a time. Even when he's not playing next to Harden. It's not Harden, it's all on Lawson.

I am all for benching him, but Rockets lack any kind of facilitator coming off the bench. Will be very interested to see who Rockets acquire to fill their 2 opens roster spots. Should determine direction for the rest of the season, tank mode or fight to the end.

Gold Rush is on at 8pm - at least those guys know the value of hard work.

Do not start Lawson, he hasn't earned it. And Rockets need to try and play D at least from one of the guard spots. Bev has fallen off defensively but still plays with effort.

Start Bev or Brewer, reward energy and effort, since production is almost nonexistent anyway.

    I like Harrell starting.

I think he can bring the energy needed. Offensively, idk what he brings that Howard can't do...

Yeah, no to Lawson. He's playing like a b. But I do like the idea of starting Harrell.

    Bev/Terry/Lawson
    Harden/KJ
    Ariza/Brewer
    Harrell/TJones (is he even healthy?)
    Dwight/Capela

Just please start a PF at the PF spot.

    Or not.

    Tank for the pick...

Definitely on board the Harrell train. At the very least he will bring more size over Brew, without a significant difference in the energy/hustle department. Expect to see a lot of Harrell and Capela minutes, even if TJones is able to play.

Brew is much better coming off the bench anyway, and as a wing. Smoove, Brew and Terry have a much better chemistry, especially if Smoove is the facilitator instead of Lawson. Everyone knocks on Harden and Howard, deservedly so, but the Band of Brothers has not looked great either.

Harrell is more skilled offensively than Howard, which isn't saying a whole lot, but it's true

I hope we would tank but wewon't.
We will win by a huge margin against the Suns because the Suns suck, and then everyone will say "we turned a corner. We flipped a switch. It's a new beginning. We can make it to 5th seed! "
And then we will face a real opponent and get our butt kicked.

Just give Thornton's minutes to KJ. Might as well see what he's got with real minutes. Leave Brewer in the locker room.

Isn't it kinda funny that we always complain about defensive woes, but we have this apparent defensive specialist in KJ that we pay 3.5 million but don't play?

    (yeah it's not really funny)

Bad idea. That would require KJ to play actual meaningful minutes, which as we know, is off limits.

Ariza starts at the four, Harrell will maybe get minutes...
