Now kinda glad looking at the stats

 

The players are too timid at times. The focus is too much on getting James the ball. When Lou Will and Eric Gordon comes in, they need to be aggressively looking for each other. Bev and Trev have the ball in their hands too ****ing much. The ball needs to find the open player on every possession. Ariza should not still be shooting contested 3s when there are better shooters on the floor.

 

Disappointing....we continue to think we can come out and throw our hat on the floor and win. First quarter was disastrous. We REALLY need a REAL paint presence. Why hold Nene out tonight and conversely play Jimmy and the rest of the starters deep into the 4th on a lost cause? Baffling !

 

Which makes them better in fact..but still yeah, bad loss. I think James, Trez and maybe Trevor played well, other guys were useless...

 

this game proved that cousins does not fit with the Pelicans.

 

I think it proves more that DMo doesn't fit.

I have to think that if Dmo were reading this game thread and were really injured, he would have nightmares featuring little Hewlett Packard logo Pacmans coming to chomp on his back.

Humor is my coping mechanism for frustration. That and beer. I hear I can get green beer tonight! Goodnight everyone.

 

When Solomon Hill scores at least 10 points, the Pelicans mostly win(won 6 games in a row when he does)

 

Maybe a coaching change next year will help this team. They still show up extremely hot or extremely cold (no consistency)

 

Our small forward spot has been the weakest and most inconsistent offensive position all-season.
Don't expect Ariza and Dekker to suddenly shoot higher than 30% during the playoffs when weaknesses are always exposed.
I'm glad that D'antoni decided to sit those 2 the entire 4th quarter to trim the lead.
Until the Rockets upgrade the 3 position, this team will not be contenders, mark my words.

 

Maybe we just need an article written titled "Rockets must close with 'significant progress' to save Mike D'Antoni". Seems to have worked for Gentry.

 

With Dekker having back issues is it right to expect Troy Williams fly to Denver for tommorrow game? We may need some energy (and D)

Lucky you. It was ugly. Harden was the only starter who came to play on offense. The defense was horrendous!

I don't know how everyone except harden was hot garbage but we still eeked out 100+ pts, this is a good sign
