ClutchFans Game Thread: Rockets @ Pacers 12/20/2013

Gonna be a tough game playing in Indy, but thinking James and Parsons goes off...

 

1st page. Hope everyone is healthy and play.

 

This could be one heck of a game.

We pounded Indy 2x in pre-season... I'm expecting they'll have a much better plan for us on Friday.

I think we'll need all our offensive weapons on deck. Harden and Dwight will have a lot of defensive pressure on them due to Indy's size and strong defensive fundamentals.

 

I haven't seen the same offensive intensity from this team in a while. Chalk this up imo. Omer was big in those other two wins also, if he didn't have so mnuch sand in his vajayjay maybe we could win.

 

Parsons goes off. George isn't really that much better than him. What better way to put your name among the all star candidacy than outplaying the NBA's golden boy.

 

The Pacers lost almost all of their preseason games. It's not that they didn't have a plan, in all likelihood they weren't trying that hard.

 

The Rockets will lose, but I hope it's not a blowout. Ironically a win may be more frustrating than a loss since it makes those losses to Philly and Sactown even more inexcusable.

 

Pissed off Pacers team at home. Rockets better bring there A game.

 

Perhaps a bit delusional, but this MIGHT be a preview of the NBA championship series. Well, it might be.

 

The pacers are coming off a heartbreaking loss to Miami. At home. Wouldn't be surprised if we loose. Gotta stop west and the bench. Let George have his. Dwight can contain Hibbert.harden,parsons, and bench need to have big games for us to win.

 

this will be a tough stretch for us. First Indiana and then Detroit, two big physical teams. I think we go 1-1 in this stretch because if we beat Indiana, we play Detroit the next night and will be too tired to keep up. 2-0 is my wish though GO ROCKETS

 

Yeah, I'd be (a little) more optimistic if they'd won last night. Probably very hungry.

ETA: Harden on PG?

 

Harden Vs George will be a sweet matchup

 

Bad feeling about this game!

Pacers just got beaten by the Heat. They want to prove that they are the elite team. We'll put up a fight but will end up in the L column.

This is an extreme test for our team!

 

We beat them twice in the pre-season, not sure what the big deal is about?

 

I hope Asik is ready play.

 

If the Rockets can keep on playing in the atmosphere that was so typical in last nights game, they will win it. I hope that they remember to move the ball. Smith got some burn as well and I hope he will be even sharper tonight. If he plays well, the bench production will be significant. I think that the Rockets bench is better than that of the Pacers. I'm building on that. A win I would say.

 

Things have changed. Lin was big in both games, but he's out right now. We were also running the TT back then. In any case, the pre-season is generally meaningless. The Bulls won all their games, but look at them now.

 

Good game here. Great test for the Asik-less Rockets.
