Mchale doesn't need to worry about Howard's minutes tonight. Play him, and get the W

Even if Spurs take their series in 5 (I think LA is going to rebound from that embarrassing atrocity the other night to at least get one more W this series), the next series wouldn't start until the end of this week so get the W and we get at least 4-5 days off to rest Howard and everyone and be fresh for the next series. Let's go Rockets!!

 

The 2 game rest really benefitted dirk, monta, and tyson

 

Dirk's post game interview says it all. He's gonna treat like competitive rec game where his shooting is on target. Rockets need to take this game seriously and not only try to slow down Dirk and Monta but watch out for Barea, Villanueva, and every other.... They really have nothing to lose.

 

It's time we start playing defense, because our hot shooting cannot be relied upon against the Clippers or Spurs.

 

Terry and Prigioni are gonna get eatin' alive. Barea is still really quick but he's not really a playmaker... Parker or CP3 are gonna be unbelievably tough. Why not experiment with Johnson defensively on the perimeter? Why not....

 

Howard is gonna completely dominate this game. Noone will stand in his way. 2 months is long enough rest. YOU REST WHEN YOU DIE! LETS PUT THESE MAVS p***y CATS SLEEP!

 

Exactly. We have nothing to lose here either. Johnson should guard Barea at times and also Ellis.

If we had a healthy and motivated Beverely on defense, we would have had less problems on the defensive end.

I really hope we get this sweep but I feel like the old Harden is coming back. He will slow down the great playoffs tempo we had to that dreaded regular season personal mvp mission. I saw thay we were up 10 points with him on the bench then we lost it when he wanted to be a point guard. Anyways, Howard has been underrated. 26 manly rebounds
