harden was due for a cooling off on making 3's, and fatigue probably played a role last nite as well. but he was also thrown off rhythm by fournier's constant handchecking. witness just about any possession with harden continuously having to slap fournier's hands off his hip. against any other player in the league that is an automatic foul all day everyday.

Defensive stats are garbage. That is the truth of it, if you have bunch of sieves around you or whatever the case maybe, you are gonna have a trash defensive rating. Forced to start him? We were way better after starting him. He he had some of the best advanced stats in the playoffs after Harden and CP, I"m talking like very very good. That was very clearly not true last year in the playoffs and even after we started him in the regular season either. I'm fine with you wanting someone different to start(although I disagree). But lets not rewrite history.
I agree, but Harden has the luxury of being able to impact the game several ways outside of his shooting. Once it was clear he was out of rhythm, he should have stopped forcing it and gone back to what he was doing otherwise that was helping the team. Obviously if he has a good look he should always take it, but when you're 1/12 or whatever I'd rather a drive or set up a teammate than another tough step back.
You are trying your best to save the illusion of turning the corner...the loss has nothing to do with personel injuries and depth ...we had cp3 and goredon and still lost vs dallas 8pt lead with 3 min to go its the ATTITUDE
I'm saying he didn't drive enough! Also, he's better at driving than Gordon so he should drive more in general!
