For someone slow, he sure is able to get into the lane at will. He has a knack for getting the ball to open teammates. Unselfish

The offense bogged down in the 3rd when Howard sat down, and Lakers were denying Harden the ball. We kinda miss having another playmaker then. McHale responded after a while by putting in Terry. Paps would be another option, but of course, he is more needed on the bench unit.

TJones was aggressive tonight. Maybe he saw if Tarik Black can do it, he can also compete in the paint.

Uh, we were up 27 or 28 points in the 4th and Harden didn't have to check in at all in the final 12 minutes. I'd say we DID blow them out they way we should've.

our depth is a problem that needs to be addressed. why the team continues smoking the hopium on dmo is a strange strange enigma

+1... He's doing everything right a guy missing shots should. Those other things will get him his shot back in rhythm sooner or later.

I have no idea why Morey traded a near all-star level center to our division rival,it's gonna be incredibly difficult to score on that team inside, very short sided decision by Morey. I understand trading him but not to a divisional rival..just stupid

You can blame McHale for DMO's apathy,he has no business at the 3 pt line but that's where McFail instructs him to go

I liked watching Paps play. Do euroleague rookies hit a wall like other rookies? If so, Cisco is the SF backup I have no confidence in right now.

IMO we look 10X better on offense and defense.

People on this board have high expectations for a GREAT bench, we may not have the strongest, but we do have the players who fit this team and bring a lot of intangibles(toughness, hustle, experience, vocal, willing to learn). Papa,Jet, and Black is exactly what the second unit needs and those three are going to grow so much with the unit especially Black and Papa. My only concern tho is the backup PG, and PF spot. Jet can run the point sometimes, but full-time is not a good idea for the long run and playoffs. And DMO is just too soft he looks worse, but maybe its cause how McHale is using him knows, but the Lakers game is a game were Adrien toughness and nose for the ball at the PF position would have helped a lot.

Are you kidding? The Rockets were up by like 30 points early in the 4th quarter when they took all of the starters out.

Every fans base have a little bias in them for show. But come on these dudes always talking down the Rockets. We have two top ten players , arguably the best at their position. They are better than a 7 and 8 seeded team. OKC will be without Durant for at least 6-8 weeks. Golden State are not better than us. We are pretty much even with the Blazers. I don't think Memphis is better than us, plus what did they do to improve their back court.

No, you can blame Morey. The Rockets play the way Morey wants them to. Power forwards are three point shooters in Morey's offense.

The only reason Memphis finished with a worse record than the Rockets last year was because they lost a lot of games when Marc Gasol was injured.
