Rockets haven't lost B2B games this season when Paul and Harden play.

If they play every game the remainder of the playoffs, it's almost impossible not winning the Championship.

I feel bad for Ryno. He's a good player but just not a good fit for this team.

CP3 and Harden will have to impose their will every game.

He should be able to succeed in this series but he's a defensive liability on the switches regarding our defense.

I didnt mean to offend you and anyone else by my "dumb" comment about intensity. Maybe I should have said our lack of focus or even "laziness" on defense at times (e.g. Harden leaving O'Neile to go on a mini run by himself). My bad for using the term "intensity" so loosely. Just glad we came out strong defensively, which fueled our offense and blew them out.

Nothing worse than trying to read this thread after a huge blowout win and run into garbage posts by b_allholic.

Not too long ago in a thread not so far far away...

Sounds like Harden was saying something about,"...he's not giving it to me so what do I do?" Then something else. Chris at the end says, "He doesn't know you're in the corner, it doesn't matter." Then they moved on and Harden motioned as to say, "We'll run it again." So...nothing really.

I can't really hear what they are saying but it sounds like CP3 is trying to be positive and Harden is struggling with it. Nothing at all wrong with that.

It's really funny, though, because after last night's game, in the post game interview, a reporter asked about all of the mid-range shots they took and CP3 seemed to be upset that he missed so many but Harden kept saying he should keep shooting those.

So the roles reversed in that situation.

The BIG key to that is that James draws so much attention in the lane. More so than CP.
He's a tremendous driver and finisher in the lane. When he gets past his man,
defenders collapse into the lane and shooters are wide open.
Last night our shooters were knocking them down. Makes all the difference.

I remember listening in a podcast when he was on the Clippers, that he didn't like driving in as much because of the punishment he takes(something along those lines) it was after his big knee injury.

If you look at the box score, the Rockets could still play better offensively in Game 4. CP3 was something like 6-17 from the field and he and Harden were 3-15 from downtown. And Capela was dominant defensively, but only put up 11 points.

If they have the same defensive intensity tomorrow night, there's no reason they can't come back home 3-1 and look to close it out on Tuesday.

I totally disagree. I watch so many hours of basket my whole entire life. intensity is a thing if you telling me these guys were closing out the same like they were in game 2 like they were in game 3 you and i didn't watch the two same games

Nah I thought we wore black jerseys for game 2. Those were the white ones they were wearing and we've only wore them once all playoffs, which was last night
