Problem with Jet is that he is so old... There is no way he can keep up with the full stretch of the game or games depending on the severity of PBev's hammy injury. Might turn out to be PG by committee with Harden, Jet, Canaan, and Johnson.

This is high school bs. Despite Kevin McHale ? I think I'll take the players respect and attention to what he trying to accomplish over some piss ass statement like that. McHale is 2-0.

I'm pretty frustrated with Howard losing his focus on offense late in games. That dude used to be way more sharp in Orlando. I'm frustrated because I know he can obviously do it. Time to get his clutch first quarter game going in the fourth.

McHale might not be able to draw up X's and O's even if you give him Spagettio's, but it does seem like his players would be willing to run through a brick wall for him. I can respect that.

Decent win for a back to back. Really disappointed in our effort in the first half, looked like last year's squad.

Really pissed about Beverley's injury, we went in the toilet when he went out at the end of last season, we cannot afford for him to miss significant time. We have no other competent PG.

Another thing to like about Papa is how easily he makes the pass into the paint for Howard. Even if there's some traffic in there

Remember last year when our perimeter guys struggled in making that inlet pass?

Fun fact... the Rockets didn't win both games of a road back to back a single time last year.

I would love to see a lineup of these guys.

    Terry
    Daniels
    Harden
    Ariza
    Howard

    Bombs away!

A stretch 4 (tonight it was Papa) really makes our offense run beautifully.

It could have been the coaches were teaching the right things on offense and defense but we didn't have the right personnel for the job.

Harden played terrific on defense after a sloppy start

Good win - taking care of business. Papa-wow shooting really nice from 3 along with Ariza.

    Hope P.Bev is ok.

D12 needs to play with anger every night. Get angry and get it done. However last yr, his defender would flop with any little contact and the refs fell for it. Frustrating.

Harden - well, he is fantastic - even if its not his "best" night.

TJ had a nice 3 pt shot b2b with a nice scoring post move. Need to see more of that sheat.

    Terry shooting nicely too!

That little triangle play between Harden, TJ and and D12.....resulting in a D12 alley oop dunk. Run that shiiit some more.

    Stay healthy my friends. (rockets).

Anyone else notice that the Jazz fanbase was entirely white? They gotta have some strict Fan ID Laws in that arena...

Not very Jazzy. They really ought to change their name.

Woohoo! B2B road wins to open the season! Gotta love it! I also love that we got Ariza and Papanikalou for less than the price of one Parsons.
