This. i dont know if he gets tired after guarding the best player on the other team but he has to give us something pointswise. Dwight needs to contest shots better. Dunks and Rebounds will not do. Those two players are important in our run in the playoffs.
If they go into the game playing not to lose with the mentality of "We cannot drop three in a row.." They are going to be in very bad shape. Hope I'm wrong.
no it doesnt idiot on this forum will downplay it as the "heat struggling" rather than give the rockets credit.ex (last weeks wins)
Not if the Heat continue to play the way they've had for the past 6 games. Even if they're 2x defending champions they're still in a bad slump and lost to Denver at home.
It's a national game and his friends/family probably made the trip from Orlando to watch him play. He might end up trying to do too much like Bev did in Chicago, which is going to look ugly if his shot isn't falling.
Relevant and something to watch for during the game today: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FaIWp4FMe1w (BBallBreakdown's breakdown of flaws in the Heat's defense).
Right.. media might too. Real people know what's real. I wasn't too high our victory against MIA... barely winning with Heat backend. Spurs annihilated them 2 days later with both teams rested. Still a nice win though. We just don't want a total collapse of a road trip.
Simmons: Upset with Howard. Speaks to bigger issue: killer instinct isn't there. Disappeared against OKC. Bulls & Noah run them off the court. Something missing with him. It's not there. It's year 11. It's all talk with Dwight Howard. Dwight won't ever get it.
