you're trolling at this point. seriously, blaming lin for this loss is idiotic. But you continue to show yourself at this point
no such thing as LOFs. Maybe from China of course. I would say there are more Lebron only fans and the HEAT forum doesn't complain about them nearly as much as the chinese fans that root only for LIn
Right, b/c Harden isn't turnover prone and unreliable as a point guard... He's a great shooting guard and should play his role and everything would be better.
He was covered thoroughly and would've been blocked. If it were reversed and Harden went up for the last shot and was gonna get blocked and passed off, nobody would even mention it. See how that works?
Exactly. When the play broke down and Harden couldn't work his way open for a 3, that's exactly what he was thinking. He was going to take it in for two and make a quick foul. He saw Lin out of the corner or his eye and made that last second pass though b/c he thought he was behind the 3. It was the right move by Harden but it wasn't like the play was called for Lin to camp out behind the 3 to get the ball and shoot. And I personally think if he had checked, the extra half second would've given the defender a better chance to alter the shot. He did the right thing there and caught it and shot it.
How much time was left? I think I mistook it and thought there was only seconds left. Still, the smarter play in that situation for a guard is just be ready to take the corner 3 rather than trying to get the offensive rebound.
Jeremy wasn't moving forward for an offensive rebound on the play. I find the 'I thought James was going to shoot it' to be like J.R. Smith's 'I thought we were down two.' You have to be prepared on that play and know the game situation... everyone has some kind of role. Jeremy's was to space the floor and be prepared for an open three. Don't think it would have been AS big of a deal though if Jeremy didn't do this a lot. He shoots "threes" with his feet on the line more than most.
Yeah either way he made a mistake. Whether it was carelessness or miscalculation. Not sure how he works on that. You can practise all you like but things happen fast in game, this might be a problem for him for a while. Personally, there are other areas of his game more important to tightencup than toe on the line. However, to say that this mistake is what cost us the game is disingenuous at best. Plenty of blame to go around for the entire team (Lin included) and coaching staff. Though ironically, Lin has been blasted for what was a typical Beverly performance.
