Russ HAS to carry this team when Harden isn’t on the floor. Gordon plays like a role player and House is JR Smith our there

Gordon does look quicker. It would be prudent to wait and see with him. This is probably the best his body has felt in a while , hes probably trying to save that for the actual games that matter.

Don't think so. Coach creates wide open looks for the past 3/4 seasons. It's on GM to put snipers around the best creator(s) in the game. The Rockets miss so MANY wide open shots. It has been their downfall the last 3/4 seasons. It hasn't been adequately addressed.

the remaining schedule doesn’t mean anything more than if we play the Nuggets or Clippers

If the system is Harden + 3 and layup + switch D.

Why should people care about them winning the 4th quarter or this game? This game is a meaningless scrimmage. This is basically practice, but against other teams. They’re trying stuff, trying to get rotations crisper, shaking off rust, and trying not to get hurt.

What the hell has happened to Gordon? He used to be a decent player..... but he's been trash for the past 12 months or so.

Very true...BUt, we would not be giving up anything to actually play a big that is getting paid REAL dollars. Otherwise, why tie up a roster spot ?

I don't like what I see with the Rockets...they are not in synch with each other. Too much playing for "myself" going on. This is not pre-season where they are trying to make the team...they are on the team. They need to play as a team. Memphis is playing better as a team than the Rockets.

Personally I think he is trying to keep him happy. Even though he says he doesn't mind coming off the bench he definitely prefers to be a starter. Unfortunately he hasn't played well enough to even be a third stringer

EGo and Russ have been absolute dog shyte from 3 but that is to be expected unfortunately.

But PJ and House shooting like crap from distance too is disheartening.

Green, BMac, RoCo and Harden have been lights out beyond arc.

I know it's only a scrimmage, but we only have 5 quarters of basketball before the games start to count and this team doesn't look good at all.

Only a scrimmage game, but we look more like the team that was struggling before the pause than a title contender.

Even tho it was a foul I like the energy by Jeff Green. Best rim protector on the team.
