Now that I realize Bogut is out, from the guy who told us. It is a must win. If not, It is quite clear this team is mentally weak. They are missing their 2 best players. It's almost like missing their Yao and T-Mac, not that they are in the same level, Well Redd is in the same level. Rockets must win, RJ is nothing special. Just a good scorer now, nothing special about his game anymore.
We lost to the Grizzlies, a team that gave up 129 pts to the Clippers the next game. I don't really know how we will do vs. the Bucks
please don't go back to that pattern: win one game, lose the next one. at this stage, we should take any team seriously. more minutes for wafer, our best driver.
considering how many starters are down for the bucks, it's time for the rockets to experiment a little in this game. the timing can't be any better. adelman can mimic pop and rest all his "big 3" and battier; or move mcgrady to pg and see what happens; make sure yao shoots 30 times and see what he can do. etc.
You can't take any team lightly. Especially since our Rockets are anything but consistent. They need to play all out and try to crush the Bucks. Otherwise, we may see yet another loss to a sub .500 team.
Roy just hit a last second shots to beat the Knicks; otherwise, we would have passed Portland. Too bad we're so terrible in the clutch (Boston excepted).
I was looking forward to this and was so close to getting some great seats to this game, but unfortunately I wasn't able to get them.. anyway, this has got to be win, can't afford to lose this one
looking forward to this game. ramon sessions was amazing in the detroit game. he was attacking the basket scoring layup after layup. rip couldnt keep up with him. villanueva would be amazing to watch too. 6'11 guy who can shoot a 3pt spot up shot, can shoot off the dribble, can finish around the basket and has handles (saw all of those in that detroit game too). if they blow up against us, we'll realize how we really need an athletic big with a decent outside shot and a PG who can dish and consistently make those layups.
It's sad that we have to HOPE we win. Makes me wonder whether it makes sense to keep holding your breath for a team or just accept that great teams come out on top (in most cases). So here's to hoping we win
