He looks like Chase in his first year as a rookie, except with better defense.

Martin should have passed that to Parsons on the wing...rather than walk.

he seems to really understand the game well, i think this is exactly what we need from the 3. budinger and twill are good but at time they seem to lack the basketball IQ, but CPar is playing smart basketball right now.

I thought that was a really interesting stat relayed on the broadcast from the coaching staff:

Chandler Parsons rarely has defensive breakdowns. He has only broken down on 9% of plays. By comparison, Shane Battier was Rockets best at 8%.

Granted it's really early, but certainly tells you why he's in the starting lineup.

He is not as athletic as Chase but he does not need it as much because he is bigger

    Awesome, Clutch.

Battier Part Deux, all white-meat, has arrived.

I am disappointed with Patterson's play so far this season. He seems to make mistakes like not boxing out, not going up for the rebound, not being mentally there, etc.

How does Patterson let Mullins rebound over him? As Bullard said he didnt box out. Why doesn't our guys ever do these things? Hill is notorious at missing out doing all the little things.
