I must be the only one who thought Harden had a good game 4... not his best, but certainly not as bad as last night. He did get noticeably fatigued in the 4th quarter/OT, but I liked the two-man game with Dwight when they tied it up.

I do believe Harden is our best shot to have a great game in Portland. Parsons, Lin, and even Beverly tend to feed more off the home crowd to get their performances up to snuff... Harden is the one who has no problem doing it on the road (as long as they don't let Matthews mug him every single possession, like he's been allowed to do thus far).

I watched game 1,2,4 on the TV and we lost.

Watched from ESPN game cast on games 3, 5 and we won.

So I will not be watching the game, all while hoping we win which would make me a richer man.

This one will be tough. We needed Linsanity and superman and a once in a blue moon 3 pt from Harden to barely pull off the win. Ref is not getting easier. So far the only thing that we can constantly expect is 1) superman; 2) the 4th quarter melt down with coach not being able to create a single go-to move to buy a bucket. Linsanity again would be nice; a wake up version Harden would even be better. CP contributing big time is also more than welcome but these are huge ifs. My guy feeling is we fall in game 6 but I surely hope I am wrong.

The Rockets need to keep feeding Dwight and working the inside out game.

If Harden wants to continue to play like utter crap, you give Jeremy free reign once again and let him create. Mathews was having a tough time with Jeremy on the PNR, as Jeremy would just blow right by everyone.

Sure... and for the first time in 10 games, Jeremy actually was able to finish at the rim.

I don't see him being as effective on the road. Harden, even with his "bad" games 3 and 4, was still the most consistent Rocket in the Portland games.

Harden's inefficiency almost cost the Rockets in game 3 and his poor play down the stretch cost it in game 4.

I am all for giving Harden chances to be the hero, but he is a complete liability for the Rockets right now. Last night should have been a 20 point blowout, but Wes Mathews was getting free run around the screens with Harden flat footed.

McHale, if you are reading this.. I see you trying to get Daniels open with screens, but they are too obvious and easy to defend. Please try harder with your offensive sets to get Daniels some easy pick and pops....

Run him around screens during HH pick-n-rolls as a disguise.. Or use Daniels for secondary screens near the corner for Harden/Parsons to come around, so that he can fall back to the corner for easy 3's if Harden/Parsons is covered well..... Either way, LETS GET SOME MORE FREAKING BALL MOVEMENT! and keep dominating the boards!!

Lmfao at us keeping a lead .

We could have a 30 point lead & still cough it up

if Dwight just plays like he is right now

& the REFS not giving him dumb FOULS

& asik just DUNK no lay ups please

Lin just take care of the ball & be confident

Harden just please be this game you go off

    Parsons being the glue guy

    Daniels have two straight threes

Pat making lillard work for his points .

I would feel good of our chances

Can't expect Lin to play 2 good games in a row. I expect him to regress to the mean. Harden needs to step up. He's the one who needs to regress to the mean as well.

Why quit now, only two games left to the series? Who says you can't win them both and move on.?

    I think so too

We just have to score more points

    Than they do

And make up a big lead

So that we can have some confidence

    Going into the 4Q

    Harden scores 40 points

    Dwight scores 28

    Daniels hits 4 threes

    Refs don't mess us up

    We win this game.

Yea man...whenever Portland need a basket, they just have to attack Harden. Why is Harden's defense so weak...really, it's like he's not even trying, that's the damm problem. The man is just running around like he's in a practice session.

It was embarrassing to see him get caught not guarding his man in the backdoor cut for an easy layup. That's one example of lazy defense.
