    I'll be at Toyota Center, so I know they'll win. Rockets are an undefeated 8-0 in the games I attended.

    3/23/04 at 2am? Shouldn't Jaren Rose be in Memphis at that time? I thought they played a game last night at Memphis?

    Game started over there at 7:30. The total game took 2 hours and 16 minutes acording to ESPN. So the game ends around lets say 10 pm. And hour for the interviews and getting ready. They hop on a charter flight to Houston which is 2 hours away they check in at their hotel and they are at the club at 1:30 AM. That's when they basically all showed up.

    That's how it always is when you play back to back games.

    Does anybody know what are record is against the other possible 7-8th seeds?

    If we are tied with either Denver, Utah, or Portland, do we have enough to prevail on a tie?

    Denver 1 - 1 with 2 games left against them
    Portland 3-1
    Utah 2-1 1 game left with them

    I'm not trying to be too picky, but shouldn't it be 3/24/04 at 2am instead of 3/23/04? I am sure the raptors havn't played Memphis yet at 2 am on 3/23/04.

    Because my POS system always puts the date like that on CC reports becuase my batch is for the day of the 23rd not the 24th. The system is set up on a different time scale as when to change the date in the POS system that way when i batch for the credit card company i get all my money posted the next day instead of having half of my CC get batch for the 23rd and then the rest on the 24th. That inturn helps my account make sure all the deposits are correct.

    If i had half go in before 12 and the other after then it would make it more difficult. If you kind of get my drift. Basically i set my day of business and do not go by normal conventions, It's a sports bar/club so a lot of my business comes after 12 on certain days. I can't have split batches all the time, it would be hell.

    If you were wondering my day system is setup from 6AM - 6AM. That's my day in the system. so to the POS that whole time is the 23rd rather than 6am-12am 23rd and 12am-6am the 24th.

    Am I missing something here? Why did the Raptors stopped by a Houston bar before fly to Memphis for the evening game?

    The time stamp on the receipt is 2:38:21am on 3/23/2004, but they played the Memphis in the evening the same day, 3/23/2004.

    If the day is 3/24/2004, then everything would make sense!:D

    Big props for Yao from raptors.com guy. Bottom of the page:

    "Tonight it's the Raptors and Rockets. Please tell Steve Francis that this should be Yao Ming's team. Give him the sugar! No way the Rockets should rely on Francis and Mobley. Yao Ming is BIG. He's got a nice touch.

    Is Yao a nasty, edge player? No. Will he develop that side of his game? Only time will tell. But I can tell you if it came down to Yao Ming or LeBron James I would take Ming 10 times out of 10 regardless of what my roster looked like. In fact of all NBA players he would be my first choice ahead of Shaq, Kobe, KG, etc. I love those players I just mentioned. I love the passion and fire of Garnett, but Yao is just a kid and he's getting better and better."

    Also says in the article that the Raps didn't get into Houston until 1:30 AM. Hopefully they will have tired legs after losing to Memphis last night.
