How was Harden braindead on the switches? You WANT Blake taking those low percentage stepback chucks...he hit a few, you tip your hat and move on.

This is why I laughed at the pundits saying the Rockets didn't improve and got worse over the summer.

Uh, so Capela isn't allowed to improve at age 24? And it's impossible for guys like PJ to improve as they get comfortable in their roles....shooting 95% from the corner 3. Not to mention the entire defense (and offense) improving as everyone gets more comfortable so that the coaches can roll out more complexity, and fockass'd game planning.

PJ is clearly valuable against Detroit. Don't get ejected tomorrow -- please!

nah man. hartenstein gave up the first one off of a sag off, but can't fault him for that since blake hadn't hit anything for years up to that point. Harden was late on the second one i believe. Capela called a switch and harden reacted too late and it was an open 3. Then the next two iso's, harden just went braindead on the catch and blake was open on the catch for 3. the last one was a good contest by harden (the one in the corner that was a true stepback), but unfortunately he had hit 3 before that so he had his rhythm. So you're right for that one. I'd give that shot to blake if it was his first three pt attempt. But the thing is our defense gave him a good amount of open looks before that to allow him to catch fire. And some of those were on Harden.
