I like those ugly games, they are great to develop the chemistry for our starters.

Lin was a non-factor for 3/4 of the game, but at least he cancelled out Holiday for the most part.

In the mid 90's it was the same way even when we won championships I know you remember.

It's like we have to always expect them to struggle against below .500 teams. Still can't believe we lost to the Jazz once this year. NO ONE should be winning against them.

Nice win. Was worried for a while but we finished it off nicely again.

The last quarter is again the JJ Rockets show. Jeremy and James made some clutch shots.

Kudos to the pelicans. They are talented young team and will have a bright if they continue to play hard like that.

that guy isn't being honest about his assessment of Lin. He played just decent Defense?? really shutting down Parker, containing Conley a good NBA PG, and now Jrue Holiday who always plays big in clutch games.

I hate how Rocket's bench loses the double digit lead in every single bloody game.

Anthony Davis, superstar by next year? Kid looks like a combo of young KG and young Camby.

Houston did pretty good D against Pelicans' starting guards. Lin pretty much locked Holiday to just 1 point! 3 games in a row where his D has been superb.

Lin is a winning player. Again he had big rebounds and again he had a big steal in the game. His shot was off tonight and somehow he hit big clutch 4Q 3s. But you knew his shot was off as he missed layups he usually makes. He's part of the big 4 that the Rockets have. Period. Parsons was big, Dwight played big too. Harden played big and he hasn't shot the ball well in awhile but in the 4th he did.

And Dwight had 8, that's 8 turnovers yet he put up great points, rebounds and had a big game. So just because a player turns the ball over doesn't mean he played poorly. Had it been Lin with the 8 turnovers the board would have post after post about Lin's TOs, how he's garbage and that's why he doesn't start.

Torocan, you are right. The bench is bad. But McHale did something smart by taking Lin and Parsons out of the game but keeping Howard and Harden in and bringing L and P back to start the 4th before going back to the full starting lineup.
