Hopefully we get more Canaan tonight. Johsnon needs to watch some more before he hits the court again

I was going to go to the gym directly after work but I am going home to watch the game and then the gym -- something about this team is special I dont want to miss a single moment -- i gotta jet now to beat traffic good thing I came in early

 

I would think the Johnson over Canaan last game was more do to the fact Canaan was getting BLOWN by by lawson in first half. Johnson would prob only be over Canaan in those type of defensive matchups.

 

Asik will want some Dwight revenge. I hope he doesn't decide to actually catch passes and make layups.

 

In Defense of Canaan, Lawson gives fits to a lot of pgs. I saw him in the Vegas summer league years ago. Dude plays like a bowling ball coming at you, like Lowry.

Johnson was so bad last night.

That guy just lacks confidence. He reminds me of Avery Bradley, but he just needs to line up that elbow a little better.

 

Johnson needs to carve a niche in the NBA, as Bev did by being a 3 and D point guard. He has time, say 3 years or he is in danger of being out of the league.

I hope his game develops. Seems like a great guy.

 

I agree thats my point, even with his complete lack of confidence in his offense he is def a solid defender even with being a rookie and getting no respect from refs because of it. You saw it when we played Memphis also, they feel ok having Johnson guard those players for stretches over Terry and Canaan.

 

I hope so. But, he has his moments.

Is anyone else with DirecTV showing that the preface is blacked out on Root Sports?

 

I loved Omer! While James was our best player in that 2013 season, Omer was our most important player. He single-handedly carried the defense as much as Harden carried the offense.

Shame things couldn't work out when he was here. We had the best center duo by far when we got Howard but he deserves to start. Wish him the best, but not tonight or in future match ups.

Hope Harden slams it on him! :grin:
