they’re still 3rd in the West without Kawhi, they’re tied for the 6th best point differential in the NBA, and they have Pop

they will probably be the toughest test we have faced since CP3 returned to the lineup

Hell yeah, it’s gonna be tough. Unless it’s not because of HarGod and CP3..

Just watching the games this season, there’s a sharp contrast of exertion by Harden.

Last season Harden was amazing but you could “feel” him getting gassed towards the end of games. Felt laborious for him to get through a game, let alone the playoffs.

The addition of CP3 makes a colossal difference. Harden’s minutes might not be all that different from last year but his minutes this year are much easier on him. That’s huge.

Plus I’m sure CP3 and Harden mutually appreciate each other helping share the workload every game. It’s gotta be much less of a mental strain for them respectively.

Not happy with the really uneven schedule for the Rockets. We have a lot of back to backs later on. Why I think we end up with the 2 or 3 seed.

I still can’t believe we have CP3, heck I still can’t believe we have Harden..... This duo can go the distance....

Good point but this Rockets squad dating back to last season has handled back to backs remarkably well. They actually get a bit “rusty” after a long lay off....case in point the Knicks game when they went down by 20 early on.

Yeah they look like they fit perfectly. Seriously, genius of Morey for giving up what he did to get CP3 to Houston.

D’Antoni is the perfect coach for these 2 all world studs. Genius of Morey bringing in Luc and Tucker solving our defensive weaknesses, adding versatility and ultimately building a monster of a team.......yes I think this year’s Rockets is unfair good (ala GSW when they first came on the scene blowing everyone out). Rockets are THAT good this year. All they need is health and they will compete for a championship.

By the way, I’m pretty sure the Rockets will lose games along the way this season but that won’t change my view of them as long as they remain healthy at full strength.

I love how well the pieces are synergizing.

Rockets can take all those games. Not saying they will, but I favor them now because of the Beast Morey has built.
