They're offense does look very good. With that being said... we're not going 2 quarters missing every single wide-open shot again.

They only built that lead because somehow it all came together... they hit everything, we hit nothing. Defense or not, THAT isn't happening again, especially not for such a long period of time. I'm not excusing the defense or anything, just saying... we missed 16 FTs and shot 10% from 3 until the 4th Q... where we only took it up to 20%.

And that wasn't because of Dallas D. I like the anti-jinx vibe you got going tho, keep it up.

If McHale can't find a way to "slow down" Barea then I will change my opinion of him (like that matters a lot). I don't think he is a great coach, but surely he is not as bad as they make him out to be on the board. If it were me, I would put Brewer on him and "rough him up" with some hard screens. I absolutely am not going to let him beat me.

Picturing Barrea running through some hard screens in my mind's eye....the floppage would be on a uber-ridiculous level watching him bounce off the screen setter.

It actually makes my blood boil just thinking about it.

Please tell me that's for tuxes and tennies and not what they all wore to the stadium tonight.

I'm seeing Texans letterman jackets all over again if the latter.

Damn...the Mavs foul him so hard you can see the red on his chest through his shirt. Dirty Mavs.

Maybe we shouldn't switch on every screen. I'd rather have Barea and Ellis taking jumpers than driving and causing havoc. I'd also play off them a bit and not so tight. We have length so cause those two problems even if we played off them a bit.

If the screener isn't moving, no foul. Yeah, he would super flop, no doubt. Might get some calls, might not. Got to do something with him. He can't be allowed to run around the lane like a "little chicken."
