    Their pride was hurt after Portland beat us. Harden's off season made a huge difference. Playing for USA Basketball made him a leader.

    Howard had given his all in last year's playoffs. It's great to see him healthy and EXPLOSIVE after coming back from a big injury.

    We have two leaders now. Not many teams can boast of that.

    Add Terry and Prigioni who add years of veteran experience and championship-level preparation, as well as a guy like McHale who's been to the top of the sport on multiple occasions (as well as Olajuwon there to give guidance), and this team is full of leadership. Now it's just a matter of putting it together, and playing clean, mistake-free basketball.

    Harden has always been a cool guy. He didn't know how to deal with criticism before, now he does.

    Kind of like the one that was made when we beat Portland back in '09.
