Sincerely hope that the players don't think like all the fans here. If they go in thinking "easy win" they are gonna get beat.

Hopefully last year's playoffs series was the lesson in humility these guys needed. Just gotta make adjustments and come out and take care of business.

Team replaced perennial big head in Parsons for a world champ in Ariza.

    That wont happen.

My hope is that with veterans with championship experience like Terry, Ariza, and Brewer in that locker room, they'll know not to do that.

Rockets could very well lose Tuesday -- not saying it's likely, but stranger things have happened -- but I would be floored if it was because of a lack of focus or a general lackadaisical approach. Surely James and Dwight remember the 0-2 hole last year, and vets like Jet and Ariza aren't going to get too hyped over one measly playoff win.

I worry about a lot of things because I'm a Houston sports fan and have become conditioned to expect the absolute worst, but I'm not worried about the Rockets' mindset going into Tuesday.

Full expecting the officials to swallow their whistles with Harden this game. You know Cuban complained to the league. Hopefully Harden brings his shot. If he doesn't it good be a rough night

One thing about this team that has been markedly different from last year's team is effort and motivation rarely seem to be an issue. They'll be ready to go. I imagine the Mavericks will as well.

Be interesting to see if Parsons & Harris play. Neither sounded very positive after Game 1 about their status.

Parsons felt knee pain and probably ought to shut it down, but is probably feeling the pressure of proving himself. Have a feeling that if they weren't facing the Rockets, he wouldn't be playing.

Harris was talking about "a stress fracture waiting to happen," in regards to his toes. I don't see him playing Game 2, and possibly the rest of the series if hes saying that.

Two big losses for the Mavs if they can't go on an already thin team.

I'm confident we will win but I can't wait for harden to start draining threes to shut the hatters up

Not gonna be easy, last game was close if it wasnt for those timely threes in the 4th quarter by brewer. This series is gonna be close every game like last year vs the blazers. We gotta make more plays at the end to win this game.. And every game after that to win this series.

Not like that for all series. New Orleans and Chicago play tomorrow and they played Saturday.
