great post man. yes he needs this. so does howard though. the high drama that came with his decision and him choosing houston. it would be pretty pitiful to lose in the first round 2 years in a row after that.

 

Ariza and Terry too.

I fully expect Terry to breakout and be clutch this series. Can't wait for JET Runway airplane arms!

 

Please don't be a repeat of last year.

You know, I looked back at the "highlights" of Game 1 on YouTube earlier from the Portland series last year and I'd forgotten how badly the Rockets basically just threw that one away.

I knew they were up double figures in the 4th, but I didn't remember that they had a 13 point lead with around 10 minutes to go. And they had a 10 point lead with less than 4 minutes to go. The Blazers erased that entire deficit in just one minute! Then they were up 2 in the final seconds and allowed Portland to get 3 attempts to score since they couldn't secure a rebound and the last one was tipped in, tying the game and sending it to OT.

Let's hope their late game execution is way better this time around.

 

We literally gave that series away..on multiple occasions. Harden is a lot better prepared to deal with late game playoff situations this year then last though. This series is gonna hinge on our domination in the paint and our overall defense.

 

He's closer to that.... In the playoffs. Overall, he seems to elevate his play anytime he gets there.

 

Man,..the Mavs have nothing in the middle after Chandler..the only thing we should be doing is attacking the paint...F**k the 3 unless it's wide open.

 

I think Aminu is a huge X factor for them. Dude is lowkey solid on the defensive end, so I'm hoping Ariza/Brewer can cancel that

 

I hope Capela is ours

Harden and Howard need big games. Mchale needs to make the right substitutions and not get out coached again by (insert coach here)
