ClutchFans Game Thread: Mavericks @ Rockets 11/14/2015

The reason i genuinely am willing to sacrifice a few losses in order to get a new coach is because if we win tonight and tomorrow and the weeks and months after it will be because players made the terribly contested shots because someone cannot draw up a play to save his life to get players more open. These wins will be false hope as there is never any adjustments from the coaching staff.

What you need to ask yourselves is, is milkhair honestly going to turn it around and lead the Rockets to a ring?

The talent on this team should be competitive with the Warriors.

You need someone to get Harden to play defense

 

until the front office actually makes some moves, this is like beating our heads against the wall

 

Don't worry, this team wiped the floor with Dallas last year so all they really have to do is show up and it's a win by default.

 

With the way the Rockets lose to lower-tier teams all season, I predict another L...

Also I don't believe we will lose anyway. Mavs aren't a good team at all and they are old. At least the Nuggets were young and determined and the Nets were desperate.

with the talent we have their is no reason why we arent as good as the spurs or gs

 

dude the mavs are better than the nets, and nets beat us at home.. with no dwight, we could very well lose this game, unless harden goes crazy and bails mchale out... for the first time ever im rooting againist harden tonight( cant believe im saying that), for the sake of not only his future, but for the future of this talented team

Great logic. Let's see. Nets beat Rockets. Rockets beat OKC and Clippers. So Nets > OKC and Clippers. OK.

Coach K did it last year but we won't be able to get him. Hopefully someone else can.

 

I saw the Mavs - Clippers game. Dirk went off and Pachulia was all hustle. He may be right, they may be a better "team" while not being as talented as we are. The thing that irks me about the Mavs is again they had none of their starters during the preseason and they still have Parsons out and yet they've played better than we have despite having a less talented squad. Anyway here's hoping Harden goes off and Brewer finds his inner greyhound because we know Mchale will play him, lol.

 

Mavs win 140-100 trust me ik im the biggest rockets fan too. Which makes me sad

 

I feel bad for you if you spent your weekend (this Friday & Saturday) wasting your time watching these guys play like amateurs.

I advise you guys to go do something else tonight.

Not even then. There is no possible outcome of this game that will lead to McHale being fired.

He will only be fired mid-season if we have like a 10 game losing streak or we are at like 10-30 record.

I hope he will be fired after we get bounced in the first round or even miss the playoffs.
