all wins are good pre or regular season because it builds habits, just hope the team doesn't play to the level of their opponents all year and we should be ok. based on articles i read it seems everyone is exhausted from trip, the most i've ever flown was 4 hours so anything over 12 hours i can't imagine in the air....

I thought it was a good game. Glad to see others get minutes/extended minutes. And of course it was meaningless, since it doesn't matter if you win or not, but it's always good to get a win either way. Just cause Orlando is not a good overall team, doesn't mean they don't have some good individual players.

 

Man Omer looked so pissed through Out the game,I think he really wants out

really got screwed over by this franchise

feel bad for the guy. did everything imaginable to improve

- improved FTs a ton

- 3rd in rebounds. avg'd double double

- played pretty much every game

- never complained

and then comes along this jokester who has like 7 kids w different women

- getting parades from the city after accomplishing nothing

- all of our hall of fame players welcoming him (hakeem, moses, Yao etc)

- Hakeem teaching him


i hope we can trade Omer soon so he can be starting again

 

We're all assuming Asik isn't going to start?

 

Are the Rockets paying Omer big time money? So how are they screwing him?

What does Howards personal life has to do with anything?

Superstars will always gets Superstar treatment when they 1st come to another franchise.


No he (Omer) has not improved on his freethrows a ton. LOL He finally hit some FT's when one team went Hack-a Asik and now he is better Ft shooter..bwhhahahaha too funny.

Another thing he still might be the starting Center, so whats the problem. McHale have already stated that he wants to play Asik for 30+ minutes a game.

Could he be upset because he wants to be on the court playing with his teammates.

I think dramaqueens on here are dreaming up this Asik looking pissed thing. The only time I saw the camera pan towards him in the huddle he was laughing and smiling along with Chandler and James.

Asik is fine. He's going to get his chance to retain his starting position here next week. He's been injured folks... he's not pouting. Chill.

sometimes i wonder if some people on here are really Rockets fans, there are a few who want to bad mouth, the players, the organisation, the coach.

you are meant to be supporting your team, not always looking at what is wrong with it.

 

I think he will be just fine.

 

in the future, look at the code you are pasting and look for "autoPlay=true" and change the word true to false.

by default, CSN wants their videos to play as soon as the page loads, but that is rude, so we either need to change the autoplay command or just dont post CSN videos in the first place. With any luck CSN will fail soon and we wont have to deal with it anymore.

 

Because Harden is better at this point in Dwight's career. Plain and simple.

Dwight is clearly the 2nd best on the team though.

 

What?! I totally disagree with that. Howard & LBJ are the only two players to take a team of random players to the finals singlehandedly. Howards is a transformative player & is the best center in the NBA. Is Harden even the best player at his position? Is he a better SG than Wade?! I don't think so. I would take Wade over Harden right now if I wanted to win a title this year.

Although the preseason games is not enough to judge, I would have to say Harden is better; but last year, I would definitely say Howard.

But really, these assessments are better off made after, say, 10-15 games into the season.
