just saw on Reddit that since coming into the league in 2009, Harden has the most 40 point games in the NBA with 45, and the most 50 point games with 9 we are blessed
This is why he doesn't get injured as easily. Sure he's tough, but he also preserves his energy for just the right moment(s).
Let´s put it this way, tonight is the reason why you keep tuning in to games like the one on sunday. James Harden is a player!!!
Harden scored or assisted on 30 FGs out of 39. That is insane!! I’m not sure we’ve ever witnessed an efficient scorer like this and doing so much else at the same time. MJ, Kobe, T-Mac, pretty much great scorers but either not efficient or didn’t do much else on offense. Am I high or has there ever been a guy like Harden before? Harden playing D, getting the record of 60 and breaking 57 by Murphy on a 4-point play made it even sweeter. Happy for Worrell he could witness it too, and call it! First I wanted it to be on TNT, but screw them, on Thursday they will probably not even talk about it that much. Watch Kenny be the most ardent one to downplay it. Screw them, Root Sports baby!!
I'm actually at the point where I'm rooting for the spurs to stay ahead of minnie and OKC. I actually agree with @celebrevida now because I've lost faith in kawhi being a big contributor this year. I wanna face SAS the most, then Minnie, then OKC. I really want to avoid OKC. Keep OKC on the GSW side of the bracket
Harden notches first 60-point triple-double in NBA history. James Harden surpasses Calvin Murphy for most points in a single game in Rockets history, recording his ninth career 50-point game in the process. Wow guys espn heard me. Yea fking right, they moved this headline near the bottom where u can't even see it anymore on Espn mainpage. On espn nba page, kevin love's broken hand takes priority. GIVE DA MAN RESPECT!!!!!
James Harden now has as many 48+ point games this season (six) as the rest of the league combined (LeBron, DeRozan, Beal, Lou Williams, Curry, and Davis in OT) (espn.com)
