The Lakers are the only good team the Rockets can beat, and stunningly, they'll do it again.

    Lakers: 89
    Rockets: 91

all these close games are building character for the young Rox team, so they will be ready once playoffs come

I say another close game, but Rockets prevail 92-87

Yao has a 3 point play in the last minute to seal it ^_^

    Gameplan

In last encounter, Yao did some outside shots. So, it may not be a bad idea to draw Shaq out.

Cato had a good defensive game. With Spoon and without Malone, we should have enough defensive help to guard Shaq

Lakers is also on the last game of their road trip. So, we should jump at them early to demoralise them. This is most important

It will be a statement game between the 2 centers before the ASG.

    Yao dunks on Shaq.

Yeah right. :p I would say Rockets win, but ZRB already jinxed it. :(

i have a good feeling that it'll be close to a blowout in the rox favour. :)

    rox 98
    lakes 83

high profile game, then the high profile all star game... which means that they'll lose the next three. :(

Anyone know how early people are let into the arena?

The website says 90 mins prior, but I'd rather hear it from someone that's actually been there.

We let people into the arena 90 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Tonight's game starts at 8 p.m., and doors will open at 6:30 p.m.

Since somebody asked upstream about telecasts -- you have it correct, the game will also be on both KNWS-51 and ESPN.

Toyota is giving out red Rockets t-shirts to EVERYBODY who comes to the game tonight. If you're coming, wear your colors -- Toyota has been a great partner, and we love that they're doing this for our fans.

So they have 18,000 shirts for EVERYBODY in attendance? That is great! Trying to get one of the 5,000 promo items has proven to be a difficult task if you are not coming in hours before the game.

    Thanks for the scoop Tim.

Yao just told the Chinese reporters that he is gonna use his midrange game to get Shaq out of the paint, no matter how much Shaq Daddy is unwilling to do that.

Why doesn't trying to use his perimeter game EVERYTIME he plays? He is one of the best pure shooters on the team and ignoring that facet of his game is a big detriment to the team.

It's funny how the Lakers had owned the Spurs, and Spurs had owned the Rockets, but Rockets going to own Lakers all season long!
