    Rockets win, 118 - 107. Playing at home and the aging Lakers can't keep up the tempo.

    I don't expect asik to have sparkling rebound number in this game, his hand will be full with Howard. Other rockets must ready to get the rebounds.
    Howard might be more mobile and dynamic, but Asik will prove to be too big for howard to push back

    With Lakers top two PGs out due to injuries, Lin MUST step it up big time tonite against third and fourth stringers. He must show everyone that he is at least worthy of as a backup PG in the NBA and not a D-leaguer. I know it is still early and a small sample size, but the media and fans see Lakers yellow and get all worked up. Remember last year the lakers game vs knicks was his defining moment even with the lakers playing back to back IIRC. It is what it is. Lin needs to shine in the spotlight, at least for the sake of international and national sports media gossip rags tonite. Just my two cents.

    He needs to play well to help the team, it should not be because of the media. That's just stupid.

    Dwight's still one of the best around at protecting the rim and Pao's no slouch when he healthy. Lin needs to be able to get into the paint at will, but it'll be Asik finishing a lot of those plays when Dwight moves in for the block.

    Somebody needs to merge the theme song for Rocky to video of past Rockets victories over the Lakers with it culminating in the final scene of Ralph Sampson embracing his teammates and Michael Cooper laying on the floor (86 WCF).

    It would be great if you could do this by 5:00p. Oh, and don't forget those TPS reports.

    Why does he officiate so many Lakers/Rockets games? He's probably a good official, but the horse dung that comes from him during Rox/Lakers makes me wonder how he keeps his job.

    The man is like a corrupt judge when he calls our games.
