lin should continue to play aggressively this game, pg position is probably the only advantage we have against lakers, other than we play together better as a team of course

What's the rule about this...? Didn't they make a change a while back because everyone was hack-a-Shaq'ing?

Yeah. I am really curious to see how they defend us though. They don't have the athleticism to really trap our back court as effectively as OKC did. The Lakers defense was terrible against the Magic Couldn't defend the PNR to save there lives. Should be a fun game.

I still think of Howard's bashing of Asik's face. What's the bruised and battered history on Asik's face so far? I count two instances of stitches, and one elbow to the nose in the last game. I was worried he might've broken his nose since he went out of the game for a while.

If we are going hack-a-Howard, then roll out all the PFs from the bench heh. Then throw TD at him.

Harden needs to go for a double double in points and assists.

Yeah, I hope Asik posterizes Howard at least once, and throw in a TJones facial for good measure.

Lin mentioned after the Utah game that the Jazz bigs were staying with their assignments on the PnR and ignoring Lin, so he had to adjust and take more shots. It wasn't an effective strategy for the Jazz, nor was it successful for the Lakers against Orlando.

The obvious adjustment for LA would be to pressure our ballhandlers hard like OKC did. You might not think they have the athleticism to do so, but our primary screen setter is Asik and his matchup, Dwight, happens to be very good in PnR coverage. Still, the Lakers are not on the same page defensively. I really hope our improving offense smashes any adjustments they make.

Pau "Big Boy Pants" Gasol is going to sleepwalk through this one. Let us frustrate Kobe/Dwight.

I haven't had a chance to watch the LA-Orlando game yet. I saw this take on it. Seems like it was a defensive breakdown.

    <blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p>Dwight's FTs weren't the problem. ORL scored 31 pts in the final 6 minutes against LAL. I repeat: 31 pts in 6 minutes.</p>&mdash; Tom Haberstroh (@tomhaberstroh) <a href="https://twitter.com/tomhaberstroh/status/275587894490583041" data-datetime="2012-12-03T13:10:48+00:00">December 3, 2012</a></blockquote>

Let's hope our hot shooting continues. I think we win this one.
