yeah it ended up with him getting 2 fouls of the four. I agree that they were offensive fouls. But he was not getting the calls.

Lin needs to play smarter than that. He took himself out of the game.

No the refs took him out of the game, then Sampson did.

What did you expect him to do, let Kobe get a free pass? If anything, that would be reason for Sampson to take Lin out of the game.

They better play team ball Fri. against San Antonio like they did against Utah. They will get killed if they try a lot of ISO stuff.

It will be very difficult for them to pull this one off against the Spurs tbh.

Agreed. December schedule is very tough. I'm actually braced for the Spurs game to be completely fubar, especially since there was already one upset against the Lakers.:(

Nice, enough to build the Great Wall of Lakers.

Man, I did not pay much attention to the score box. 3/19 shooting from Jame is real bad, and still come out with a win! It shows that Basketball God does love Houston Rockets.

    Why didn't Lin replace Harden

Harden was really off his game, and yet he stayed in and fumbled around, SO why didn't he get replaced by Lin, who has experience as SG in college/high school. Just a thought, Harden's max contract means he stays in no matter how poorly he plays?!

"If you take him out now, then what are you going to do? Are you going to take him out all the time? You've got a player who's going to be your franchise player, you don't do that to him. And it's not him that's causing the problem." ~ Mike D'Antoni (when a reporter relayed a question from Lakers fans who wondered why D'Antoni didn't remove Howard from the game)

Going for an offensive charge against superstar in this league is a hard sell. He shouldn't be trying for it with three fouls. You act like Lin had no choice but to try to draw the charge. Kobe wasn't even his man.

You think Sampson would take him out because he didn't draw a foul? Holy **** I'm arguing with some morons here. Drives me effing nuts.

Yeah Harden's off so we should put Lin in for him BECAUSE HE PLAYED SG IN COLLEGE AND HIGH SCHOOL. Wow.

Lin was playing hard, hes flying around on d and hes trying to help his team win. They were offensive fouls.....He mde the play but didnt get the call...thats what hes supposed to do.

They won the game and prior to this game Lin has been playing pretty well....playing hard and scoring better. If Lin takes 15 shots a game he will be a top tier pg....He wont get the recognition until he score 16 a game
