I want the blow out to be so bad that canaan comes out of being in-active and starts playing in the 4th LOL

 

That's what I am afraid of. The Lakers are inconsistent but they can light up the scoreboard and are surprisingly good at rebounding. Give them a little help from the refs and the Rockets might just lose.

 

I think we need to go with the flow like we did in Portland keep Lin as the starter because as I said before, he was phenomenal at controlling the pace and kept pushing down lillards throat. Blake and Nash are no match for li and his immense pace.


I also am looking forward to the Gasol V Howard matchup as there seemed to be some friction after Howard left the nest of the loonies.

Too much smirking around here.
We have to watch it, so we don't end up like the Clippers on day 1 of the season!

Apart from Gasol (obviously), and Henry, who started the season very hot, I'd watch out for Farmar and Young.
And above all - never make the mistake of burrying a top all-star veteran like Nash too soon...

I'm actually worried, and it's just because of the spirit in this thread...

I hope that I'm wrong, and our guys will make a total fool out of me, with my worried negative attitude...

 

Farmar is a shooter and that's about it and Henry is nothing especiall. Nick Young can be streaky so if he gets hot then yeah, he is tough cover, but he can also shoot his team out of it. In the preseason he was actually passing the ball but has reverted to chucker mode again.

 

We will win by our weapons.

Lin will destroy Nash. Nash is a HOF but he is way too old and slow.

 

Nash is injured,playing limited minutes and Lin might not start

 

But Nash still plays. And if Lin is attacking the basket with Nash defending him it will be easy points for us.

I hope we bring the D so we can run them outta the gym. I mean, I want the outcome clear no later than midway through the 2nd Q, so we can see some extended play for AB, Brew, TJ, DMo, and Smith.
