Rafer has finally "got" the JVG offense... and this team is playing well, and getting great shots, no matter who is in there (or not in there... namely Yao and T-mac).

Reminds me a lot of when Sura came back (although he took about 2 seconds to grasp the offense, whereas Rafer has taken a good month or so of solid playing time).

Forget about all that...how did you like that move?

This team is showing signs that JVG might have backed off a bit and is giving them more free hand to do what they want; hope that's the case.

I don't see him backing off... I just see them executing his offense with more of a sense of purpose.

That's what happens when you get a bunch of new players (skip, mainly) who don't know what they're doing until they play with the same group for more than a week straight.

I REALLY would like to see Barry in at some point in this game, I would love to have him hit a couple of jumpers and spark the crowd and this team into a nice run before the half is over here.

Come on JVG, listen to what I tell you, you won't be sorry. :p

JVG's only going to give him some time when he knows he's fully healed (based on how he looks in practice).

Remember what happened the last time Barry said he was ready to come back, and JVG trusted him?... it cost him another month and a half because his legs weren't strong enough, and the calf injury ensued.

He's gonna trust the trainers this time instead of the player themselves.

Maybe Tmac can do other things and give up shooting.
