    wait, I've been watching basketball for a long time

    and this Warrior fan just told me that if the Spurs win series against Denver, then they will play GS in the 2nd round.

    I'm almost 100% that's not how it works and further proves the bandwagoness and casual fanbase they have

    Blowout loss to Bucks make Harden lose MVP.

    Killed shot by Paul George make us lose 2nd seed.

    These 2 games are much bigger than you mentioned.

    the media wasn’t gonna give Harden the MVP regardless of what happened at Milwaukee

    They lost a game against OKC. So what? What is so special about meeting GS in the WCF instead of the 2nd round? At the end of the day, you’re not making it to the finals without beating them. The deeper u go in the playoffs, the greater the chance of CP3 getting injured or Harden wearing down and his play starting to deteriorate. Utah is not a hard matchup, and our chances of beating GS might even be better in the 2nd round.

    The Rockets won many big games this year, so your claim is just nonsense.
