We will continue to win the game without Bonzi.. Luther Head is healthy and Bobby is coming to town... Lets roll... And tomorrow we might pay a visit to Bonzi new home.. Good by pal...all the best to you
wonderful. if bobby plays tonight, he'd be playing 3 games in 3 nights. great for a guy whose almost 35 and injury prone.
I am a deep Rockets fan but my sadness is overwhelming at this point. A part of me...no a HUGE part of me wants us to lose so we can laugh at money-bags Les right in his shriveld up old rat-like face. Then I will take his glasses and shatter them on his ugly wifes eyes, blinding her. Only so she cant see what I do to her significant other. I HATE YOU LES
funny thing is that we might end up playing the Hornets in the playoff first round. No.7 Rockets vs No.2 Hornets, who is going to and be able to guard Bonzi? Head? way too skinny; Battier? he will be busy chasing Peja. Tmac? he does not defend. L
In case you forgot, here is the total team roster. Look at the line in bold Team Roster NO. The Hornets will also send rookie Adam Haluska to Houston. With the development of rookie guard Aaron Brooks, the Rockets would be able to free themselves of the nearly $13 million left on James' contract. http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/blog/nb...lt=AvqYIRzIkQfMCcEVzJscPuq8vLYF?urn=nba,67831
For the first time in a long time, I don't really care. When management/ownership writes off the season, what are the fans supposed to do? More importantly, what are the players supposed to do? On second thought, there is something that interests me. I want to see and hear how Bill, Bull, and Clyde "spin" this deal. That will be a challenge. I hope at least one of them tells it like it is. Do they work for the Rockets are FoxSW?
Yet another must win. Denver and Golden State aren't going away and we don't even get help for the Celtics!
Writing off the season? We trade Bonzi Wells who put up 9.2 points and 5 rebounds in 22 minutes a game, and never play mike james and Kirk Snyder. We add Jackson with his 7.1 and 2.4 in 19 minutes but he is a much better outside shooter than Bonzi (who isn't), and he is a backup PG WITH EXPERIENCE. And then you add G. Green's 5 points and 2 rebounds in 12 minutes a game...And we free up $$. I see these trades as nothing BUT positive. Why the heck is everyone so negative about them?
It's just stupid that people say that management is writing off the season. Landry is playing better than Bonzi and he will have more minutes and Jackson can shoot the 3's that Bozi is always missing. These were small but great moves. Watch a game and don't go by the fact that the name Bozi Wells draws more attention than Carl Landry. Landry is the energy and drive that the Rockets need on the floor, not the have it one night and not the next that Bonzi has been bringing.
are jackson and green available for tonight? if not we may just have a really short bench tonight good thing we're playing miami...it SHOULDNT change the outcome of the game i hope.
Stupid is as stupid does. "Small but great moves." Wow. I would define "great" moves as making the team a legit contender in the West which is LOADED with real talent. That would have been M.Miller, A. Miller, or Artest; a major talent. These are largely financial moves with very limited or actually negative impact. Bonzi was a serious playoff asset; that is why N.O. wanted him. Probably to play the Spurs, and that is why we should have kept him. Morey just finished saying that we are now set up for next season. What about this season? It's Time, remember?
