TO's - Yes. Missed layups - Sure. Dumb plays galore - Some. Rebounding? Not even CLOSE. We have kept up or out-rebounded EVERY team we've played. We're currently #3 in the league in Rebounding. Still, a win is pretty unlikely.
Heat is a beast at stopping pick n rolls. Unless we go on a streak of perimeter shootings tonight. I don't see us winning. Also, I feel that lin and harden will have a mental block against the Heat.
If we can't win the game anyway, I want to see a very fun game. Let Lin guard Lebron and Lebron guard Lin so we can enjoy the pocket picking and turn overs all night long, that would be extremely entertaining.
I would be. Based on the last game, if there's a change it would be Terrence Jones in for Patrick Patterson.
Sampson wants to cross half court in 4 seconds or less. If we can get the transition game in gear, we can wear down Miami especially coming off b2b. Lets at least win the 4th quarter. Psyched for this. Rockets going HAM tonight.
nice, Kelvin is hardcore play-for-performance keeps everyone playing at a high effort level if no one's job is safe
I can almost guarantee that Lin will have a worse game tonight than he did in Miami last season. Last year he was at the height of linsanity and got shut down. He is having a weak to average start to this season, his shot stinks, he's not aggressive, and worse yet he is content in this new, hide in the baseline corner spot up, role. I suspect he will have about 6 pts tonight (1 for 7 shooting, he won't take more shots than that), 3 assists, and perhaps 5 TO. He'll also play 25 mins and TD will be in the rest of the time.
And you feel that's Terrence Jones, who had zero rebounds in 12 minutes in his first and only NBA performance?
This is what McHale said and wants. He wanted a fast paced offense and a very transitional team. If Sampson changes the starting lineup, it will likely be from the go ahead of McHale so lets not give Kelvin too much credit.
