You really aren't understanding any of the several posts I have made where I have specifically laid it out for you what I meant (even though there was nothing to be confused about since I SAID IT and didn't allude to it). So don't 'agree' as a throwaway comment when you clearly aren't picking up what I'm putting down.
Dude, last game wasn't his worst D. He had some horrible moments, yes, but I think the Boston game his D was awful. SIL
Fun game to be at live. In the 4th quarter, MT led one of his (slightly annoying) "D-FENCE!" chants and the crowd started to get into it. This happens of course at every Rockets game, but at all the ones I've been to the other team quickly scored and the chant was over. Last night however he timed right. The Rockets got a HUGE defensive stop and the crowd went nuts and obliged MT again on the next possession! The Heat scored on that one though and we all sat back down. Also, the "Bronx Cheers" for Ryno when he made his first three were great. When he made that next shot? When he made THREE in a row? When he attempted a fourth? When he missed that fourth one?
We'll see. He was a monster to start the year last year, and faded drastically and never regained his level of play. His shot selection is what's disappointing right now. I get he's trying to shoot out of a slump, but the shots he's taking are terrible. He needs to let the 3's come more naturally, and if they're not open, drive to the bucket. He's remained effective in that area.
