considering the ease he can attack the rim the volume and everything else his does his efficiency does take a very minor hit

so 50% 11 pts off drives ain't elite
while 52% 4 pts is elite?

    LOL

you act like Curry can drive 18 times by himself on the rockets while doing everything else and carrying the rockets to 55 wins and not have 50% on drives

huh? Kyrie scores 8.4 points per game on his drives with 53 FG%. Not only that, his PTS% (the percentage of times the player actually succeeds scoring at the rim) is 69.3%, which is higher than Harden's. In fact, Kyrie has the highest PTS% on his drives among all the guards in total.

There's also this crazy thing that most people consider Kyrie to be the best finisher around the basket, but you rarely hear that about Harden.

I was talking about Steph.. you said Steph maybe elite.. but you sure harden isn't close to elite

yeah because Harden never led the league in pts off drives until this year. when did 11.2 pts 50% off drives become not elite? LOL.. steph is scoring 30% of than and only 2% more efficient and you might consider that elite?

again, which player would you rather choose to have leading the rockets?

Who is the best offensive player in the league? If you need a clue, ask Pop.

LOL when did I say that? A player can be elite and still not the best. Is this hard concept to grasp?

Also, for example LeBron has about 10% higher PTS% than Harden on his drives, but averages 3 points less. Are you seriously saying scoring 3 more points is worth more than being 10% more efficient?

so now he's elite at driving thanks for admitting that

he is most effective in drives though can't argue with that

he can drive and score with ease and volume his efficiency takes a minor hit

so who would you rather have on the rockets?

Of course he's elite, WTF are you talkng about? If he wasn't, then he wouldn't be scoring that much on his drives in the first place. He's just not the most efficient, and not all of them are excused by Harden carrying heavy burden. There are obvious reasons why Harden is less efficient around the basket than LeBron or Kyrie.

which is the same argument WB fans always make. It's BS. Most players are who they are regardless of volume. Westbrook won't suddenly average 50 FG% if he just takes less shots. It doesn't work that way.
