So what, is Ron even questionable for tonight...? It is pretty sad but I don't see us winning this game without Ron. Offensivly we gotta establish Yao. But if we dont play ANY DEFENSE like we have done past 2 games than it is an unavoidable defeat. And even Hayesfan's faith and calm are not gonna happen...
I predict a win. Look for Yao Ming to bounce back from his craptastic performance, and for Rick Addledman to start coaching once again (I guess the past few wins made him complacent enough to revert to his stop-and-stare routine). I doubt very much that Tmac will be back for this game. Ron Artest might make an appearance though....
And one more think, no Luther Head. He is hurting this team. Can't shoot, can't drive, can't pass... After one nice game he probably has to have 5 bad games, or even more.
Ron was on the bench and T-mac is not playing tonight. Just look at the person who said T-mac was playing and you will figure out why he is not playing. I don't know if Ron will play.
Amen. I hate no defense. JVG and I were both cringing in pain and got headaches of agony last night. The good news is we can get this horrible taste out of our mouth with good play tonight. I need some inspirational quotes in everyone's lockers today... because uninspired basketball two games in a row is unacceptable.
Well we haven't play defense at all so yeah, I also hope they can bouynce back and good that the will have the chance tonight. But remember, Atlanta is still a great athletic team. If we don't have Artest than...It will be tough. It can be a great bounce back but also can be another dissapointment. The question is, who will guard Yao? Horford? If yes than he will probably front him...
People that's going to the game.. chant WE-WANT-STEVE!!! WE-WANT-STEVE!!! I believe he still got it, watching highlights (although from last year) of him playing against the Suns proved that he can still play~
I'm skipping this one. The Rockets are wasting my time. If they don't care, why should I care? I am sick and tired of following a team that can't stay focused and plays hard every once and awhile. They're not worthy!
We should win this game. The last time Yao played against the Hawks: http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/boxscore?gameId=280209010 we won 108-89. Yao had 28 pts, 9 rebs, 12-17 FG, 2 blks and only 3 turnovers. After 3 quarters, we were up by 33 points and they made up a little ground in the 4th quarter. Mike James playing in the 4th probably had something to do with that.
I know you'll never REALLY leave the Rockets, but I understand your feelings as they are mine too. But you know, the one thing that keeps me going is the single fact that we have never had a game with a healthy starting five and rotation. Although I groan at this fact, its my only hope for the season.
