Fingers crossed. Grizz can lose this game and not lose their spot in the standings.

Rox can win this, but Kings @ j*zz tonight, and Denver @ Bobcats. But we are @ home, hedging bets, we don't lose the 8th spot tonight.

I wish Les would wake up and realize what a waste the last three years have been. There is no point in missing the playoffs now. Even in a deep draft, another mid round "NBA ready" asset is the last thing we need.

    1. Make the playoffs and give up our 2012 pick. Get this out of the way.
    2. In the off season, replace Morey with an old school NBA insider.
    3. Give the insider a stats guy to feed him the numbers.
    4. Trade Luis and Kevin.
    5. Play the kids next season. Let's see what they've got.
    6. Tank for as many ping pong balls as possible!
    7. Hope to get lucky in the 2013 NBA lottery.

    Like CD?

And I'm wondering, who is that top 10 NBA player under 30 that we let slip away? Lin? Gay?

but wait!!! you play to win!!! tanking is for losers!!! tanking never works!!!!! tanking does not get you stars!!!! morey can do no wrong!!! kevin and scola are on bargain contracts so getting lebron james and his super over-paid non-value is too much money to take on!!!!! we cannot pay lux tax!!!! morey has gotten crazy value with low picks so top picks are to be avoided!!!!!! decent second round picks means morey needs to be enshrined into the naismith hall of fame!!!!! stars dont win games!!!!!! stars are bad because they run iso!!!!!! if we dont get d--wade back we will not give up kyle lowry!!!!!

YOU @#$@q#@#@ B @#@#@!!! TANKING IS FOR LOSERS!!!!!!!!

basically the past 2 years, 14th picks meant we never had a shot at a top NBA player, let alone letting one get away.

to give away stars, you gotta have one first.

Man I wish we could go back to the days when we were blowing out the grizzlies every game. What happened to that?

We are rested and playing at home.

If Goran is healthy and his ankle is not bothering him, we will take this game.

They are playing the "kids" this season.

Do you seriously think a core of Lowry, Lee, Parsons, Patterson, and Donuts can tank for better than the 12th-14th pick?

This team doesn't get as young as they are, if they haven't been in the process of rebuilding, for the last few seasons.

That guy is clueless. If we need tank, right now it is the best time because of Lowry and Martin injures, you have an excuse to lose some games because of the key injures. Next year is almost a most must win year for the team, you can not be mediocre for ever. The worst thing is we are in the no.9 in west again, then you do not have a good chance to draft a very good young player.

I'm pretty sure we could potentially be 5th seed after this game. But we could also be 10th after it, too.

I consider Parsons to be a very good young player and he was selected in the second round. I think in the rookie rankings he is like number 5 or something, so I'm not the only one who believes he is a good player. Morey already tried to trade Martin and Scola at least once this year, and it got vetoed by Stern, so everyone needs to calm down and not be so impatient. Yao has only been retired for one year, sometimes it's hard to rebuild a team overnight if other teams or league commissioners refuse to work with you.

Well, another rockets game? Can the grizzlies win in Houston. Doubtful. It is what it is.
